How can I register, and why should I?
To get registered, please click on the Account or Log Inlinks, top right end of each page. Once you have logged in click on “New Account” and you will be inside ”Create an account”.To complete registration to the website very few information are needed, that is: name,surname,mail address,password and password confirmation.Once the form is completed you just have to click on Forward;the info will be registered by our website and you will be redirected to your account’s control panel.
All input data will be sent to your email address.We kindly invite you to ckeck email address correctness as this will be used to sen any official communication between you ans Suomykids.com.
We kindly suggest you to apply for registration to our website because thanks to the control panel. You will be able in any time to check all your activities in our website.
You are in any case allowed to buy without applying for registration as a Guest which means you have only to fill in your invoicing and shipping details.
All our products are shipped with Bartolini Corriere Espresso and through its international partner DPD. Whithin one’s Account Control Panel you can easily find out your shipment trucking number, in Section “my Orders”, View “Order”.
Further the trucking number will be authonatically sent to you once the order is shipped, generally the day after its leaving from our warehouse.
By dialling the given trucking number in the relevant section of the website www.dpd.net, you will beb able to see where your parcel is and if any shipping problems have might arisen.
Who deals with sales and shipment management?
A company named Grynstar S.R.L, specialized in online sales and website management. Preca brummel Spa is not involved in online sale. To get any information about the product and its selling please refer to marketing@precabrummel.com

Yes, the products are the same.We have decided to give you the possibility to choose between a more visual presentation(Special Boy and Girl) and a more technical one which gives you the possibilità to filter visualized products through parameters (line, category and size).
How to forward the first order?
To order you have to procede as follows:
- Choose your category through the menu on the red band.
- Choose the item within the selected category and clicking on the image inside Special category-Male or Female.
- Select size and quantity and then click on Buy Now.
- Once the operation is completed, the product is punt into the trolley.
- To complete the buying you have to click on the trolley and then on Checkout or you can directly check out at top right page.
- Once you are in the checkout page, you can decide whether to buy as a Guest or as Registered User (see How to register and why, to understand which between these two ways is most recommendable).
- Un this page you can detail your invoicing and shipment address, the shipping and payment method.
- Once the process is ultimated you will be redirected to Banca Sella for payment.
You will also receive an email of confirmation on your given email account.We recommend you to check your email during the days which follow your buying as we will keep you updated on your order status.For any information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Which are the accepted methods of payment?
We accept the following methods of payment: credit card or paypall, Giro and bank transfer.If you urgently need to receive the goods, we recommend payment through credit card. Currently it is still not possible to pay upon goods receipt, but we do not exclude the possibility to add this further methos of payment.
