Here is the procedure to return the goods.

Further we recommend to follow step by step the below explained procedure in order to avoid any possible mistake.
Return Procedure
If your return right has been correctly exercised you will receive the refund for the total amount paid.
The procedure is the following:
Download and fill in the Return Form.
It is possible to complete the order form using Microsoft Word or simply by filling it by hand. DOWNLOADSend out the return Form.
It is possible to send it by mail to the address support@suomykids.com. It is not possible to send it by fax .-
Wait fore receiving Return Code and shipping address.
Our goods are shipped and worked by our logistic partner named Fiege.Considering the high volumes of daily processed goods a package received whithout an identifying code wolud be lost.We therefore invite you to highlight on the parcel the code we will send to you.You will receive the latter, in a very short time, which is about two days at the latest. Carefully prapare the parcel to return.
We invite you to use the same cartoons we sent to you originally, taking particular care to seal it in the best way possible and highlighting both the sender and the recipient address.Send the parcel.
We recommend to send the parcel by regular air mail.Be sure your parcel has arrived.
All forwarding agents provide a tracking service which allows you to monitor the parcel you have sent and check it has arrived at our warehouse.In case the parcel is lost, we remind you that we will not bear any responsability for such loss and we will not be allowed to grant you any refund.Refund.
The sum is refunded within 30 days from parcel receipt.According to the payment type you used,we will procede to check through the trucking number that the parcel arrives to our warehouse.Once again we remind you of the fact that in case your parcel is lost, we will not refund any sum for not received parcels.
